It's hard to know what allows some students to naturally sing in tune and what doesn't. Is it nature or nurture? Either way, here are some resources that may help.
HIGHER VOICES- Sopranos and Altos
This singer gives you a bunch of Do, Re, Mi Sing-and-Respond Exercises that get harder and harder as the video moves on.
This video gives you good visual examples and helps you jump from interval to interval with steps and skips. Advanced: It also explores some of the minor key intervals.
LOWER VOICES- Basses and Tenors
This young man explains how you may be able to FEEL the pitch. He doesn't believe tone deafness is real. The voice can be trained!
