This page was designed to help students and parents login to Charmsoffice.com, the management system we use to help students and parents keep track of fundraising and deposits for their music accounts.
STEP #1.Go to Charmsoffice.com and enter school code: baldwinband (all lowercase, no spaces) under the Parents/Students/Members section. Then click the green button "Enter Student/Parent Area."
STEP #2. ENTER YOUR STUDENT-AREA PASSWORD. Now, there are 2 possibilities for this step. A.) If this is your VERY first time using Charms with is, you will enter your/your child's school district student ID Number (see below). JUST THE NUMBER, no letters. Important: Be careful. If there are any zeros at the beginning of your student ID, you must use them at this step. B.) If you or your child has been on our Charms account before (even if it was years ago), you would have already been asked to create a new password. We've asked most students to use their school district computer login password. ((If you don't remember this password, send us an email and we'll reset it to your school district student ID number)).
If your password isn't working, below is what you'll see. Send us an email and we'll reset the password to your/your child's district student ID number.
FIRST TIME USERS: If your password works, you will be asked to create a new password (see below). We recommend using your school district computer login password.
If all is working correctly, below is what you'll see. You'll want to click on FINANCES to see where you are with deposits and fundraising. Keep in mind, it takes a little while to enter the hundreds of checks we receive for fundraisers and payment due dates. We recommend waiting a week beyond due dates for funds to show up in accounts. If there is an urgent need to know, send us an email! We'd be glad to help!
